Kimberly N. Minor, Exec MBA

I am a 15+ year executive communications and commercial strategy professional, advising leadership across enterprise AI, revenue-critical execution, and institutional decision environments.

As Founder and Principal of Kimberly N. Minor, LLC, I advise presidents, chief executives, deans, governing boards, and senior leadership teams on executive communications, leadership positioning, strategic messaging, technology adoption, and enterprise growth.

My work is concentrated in environments where narrative discipline directly influences capital allocation, stakeholder confidence, and organizational direction.

Through consulting engagements, keynote delivery, workshops, and executive advisory, I translate complex business, technology, and organizational conditions into decision-ready narratives that enable alignment and execution under scrutiny.

My advisory practice is heavily concentrated in artificial intelligence, GTM/enterprise technology strategy, leadership effectiveness, revenue performance, and organizational transformation. I work with leadership teams to evaluate emerging technologies not as abstract capability sets, but as governed systems with direct implications for risk, commercialization readiness, workforce impact, and market positioning.

Representative institutional partners include:

• The Carter Center / Jimmy Carter Presidential Library and Museum
• Morehouse School of Medicine
• Georgia Institute of Technology
• Emory University
• Grady Health System
• Georgia State University
• Spelman College
• Morehouse College
• Kennesaw State University
• Georgia Gwinnett College

Engagements include executive briefings, board communications, keynote development, enterprise partnership positioning, funding and advancement narratives, and executive counsel during periods of institutional change, public scrutiny, and strategic constraint.

MICROSOFT — ENTERPRISE AI + COMMERCIAL EXECUTION

At Microsoft, I worked across enterprise AI communications and commercial execution during a period of accelerated global AI adoption.

As Communications Product Manager for M365 AI Experiences, I translated complex AI systems, governance frameworks, product decisions, and deployment constraints into executive intelligence used by senior leadership, customers, and field organizations.

The role required converting technical system behavior into business consequence—clarifying AI readiness, adoption pathways, operational risk, governance exposure, and commercial opportunity.

Working across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and executive leadership, I ensured coherence between system development, market positioning, and executive decision-making around AI capabilities and limitations.

Deliverables included executive briefings, leadership communications, keynote materials, decision support narratives, and structured preparation for high-visibility internal and customer-facing engagements.

Within Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions, I served as Account Executive responsible for enterprise strategy and executive engagement across global organizations including but not limited to:

• Porsche Cars North America
• The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Atlanta
• Tech Systems, Inc.
• Primus Software Corp.

I led executive engagement with CIOs, CTOs, and senior business leaders focused on modernization, infrastructure investment, operational resilience, and multi-year transformation strategy.

I directed cross-functional pursuit teams spanning solution architecture, finance, legal, procurement, and regional leadership, managing deal strategy, approval sequencing, and execution discipline through close.

Responsibilities included GTM strategy, leadership messaging, and execution governance across distributed teams, time zones, and markets with distinct regulatory, cultural, and commercial dynamics. My work regularly required internal cross-collaboration across the U.S., Mexico, India, Northern Europe, and parts of Africa, aligning regional stakeholders, field teams, and internal decision-makers to keep enterprise pursuits, approvals, and execution moving with consistency across markets.

CBRE — CAPITAL MARKETS + TRANSACTION EXECUTION

Earlier, at CBRE Capital Markets, I served as Business Operations Analyst supporting institutional transactions ranging from $25MM - .5B.

This included marquee Class A assets such as:

• Atlanta Financial Center
• Bank of America Plaza
• CODA Tech Square

I was responsible for execution discipline across live transactions—governing underwriting integrity, valuation scenarios, investor readiness, and transaction cadence from launch through close.

I owned the consistency of financial models, offering materials, and investor-facing documentation, ensuring alignment between asset narrative, pricing strategy, and capital execution requirements.

Functionally, I supported the coordination between brokerage teams, ownership groups, legal counsel, and institutional investors—translating market signals, diligence findings, and transaction constraints into actionable guidance for deal execution.

The role required precision under compression, where timing, accuracy, and capital confidence directly influenced transaction outcomes.

GLOBAL BUSINESS EXPOSURE

My professional experience is informed by international engagement across Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and Singapore, Singapore, including exposure to Microsoft - Vietnam, VinFast, the Monetary Authority of Singapore, SPS Global, Acclime, and the National University of Singapore, among other institutions.

This exposure strengthened my understanding of cross-market regulatory environments, enterprise adoption behavior, and the structural differences that shape global technology commercialization and institutional decision-making.

CORE FUNCTION

Across my career, I translate executive intent into executable decisions—ensuring strategy does not degrade as it moves through communications, commercial, and operational systems.
